ServiceIQ
Workforce Development Roadshow
A nationwide series of events designed to keep businesses informed about market trends, industry developments and emerging opportunities across New Zealand’s service sectors.
Feedback gathered through the events helped shape ServiceIQ’s training and development offerings, strengthening business and management capability across the industries it supported. Attendees included CEOs, MPs, business leaders and key decision-makers from across the service sector.
I project-managed the event programme from strategic planning and scheduling through to marketing, promotion, event delivery and post-event analysis. I also helped secure compelling speakers who attracted audiences and encouraged meaningful discussion on industry challenges and opportunities.
Key outcomes:
Expanded the roadshow from five locations and 100 attendees in its first year to 14 locations and approximately 500 attendees per series by the fourth year.
Increased the programme’s national reach, connecting ServiceIQ with a broader range of businesses and industry stakeholders.
Featured high-profile speakers, including Dave Currie, Chef de Mission for the New Zealand Olympic team, and Grant Robertson, former Minister of Finance.
Gathered industry feedback to inform ServiceIQ’s approach to building business and management capability.
