Manage the day to day channels, including content creation, scheduling and moderation.
Develop and executed Social Media specific engagement campaigns to the community. Including media spend forecasting, demographic and/or geographic targeting, customer journey tracking across digital channels.
Monthly reporting to ensure that our social posts go to right audiences and the council is are getting a great return on investment.
