Showcase Workshop - iPad Sales Toolkit
ServiceIQ, faced significant challenges in managing and distributing content across its service sectors, including aviation, hospitality, retail, travel, tourism, and museums. The reliance on printed materials and a shared drive led to outdated resources being used in the field, resulting in inefficiencies and inaccuracies.
To address these issues, ServiceIQ adopted Showcase, a iPad based digital platform that allowed them to centralise and update their content in real-time. This transition not only reduced their print budget by 60–70% but also improved the effectiveness of their sales team by providing them with up-to-date and easily accessible materials.
My role was to project manage the scoping and development out of the Showcase with the Product & Design Team. Working with the sales team to move from paper based collateral to the digital Showcase platform.
Responsibilities:
Scoping requirements for sales force to present material.
Research solutions that would fit our budget, IT and user requirements.
Selling in solution to Executive team.
Assisting with project management and wire-frames ensure the solution fitted requirements.
Results:
All Training Advisors now use Showcase and have applauded the ease of which they can present qualifications based on customers’ requirements.
Increase in the speed at which new qualifications are released to market and old qualifications are removed from market offering.
This has led to a dramatic decrease in printed material and costs by 60 - 70%.
